Collections/Deliveries

Our usual collection/delivery time is between 4pm-9pm. All collections/deliveries are free of charge. In the event a customer is not in the recieve a collection/delivery at the agreed day/time we reserve the right to add an additional charge to the order.

Damaged/Missing Items

All missing/damaged are to be reported within 48hours of recieving your clothing back. We will NOT assume any responsibilty for damaged or missing items if you have not reported them within 48hours. All missing/damaged items are taken to charity shop if not been claimed.

Dry Cleaning

All our dry-cleaning is done by a third party; therefore all damaged items must be reported as soon as possible and we will contact them to arrange suitable compensation. All items will be checked for damages proir to being sent and recieved from the drycleaners. Dry cleaning does NOT guarantee that all stains/marks/spots etc will be removed.
